I am currently founding an education startup with the intention of becoming a B-Corp when we are eligible. Do you have any names or advice for finding lawyers who have experience with startups *and* the benefit corporation process? (It’s not too hard to find lawyers with one of these competencies, but it is difficult to find any with both.)
